Sales Executive

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts and corporate clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for account-related concerns, requests, and service inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service requirements.
• Monitor account status, service requests, installations, billing concerns, and other account activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate account records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow up on pending requests, escalations, and service-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing account updates, presentations, and reports for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and agreed account requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
• HS graduates are welcome to apply as long as they have relevant work experience.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales, or related roles.
• Experience handling key accounts, corporate clients, or customer concerns is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in the telecommunications, internet, BPO, or technology industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to build and maintain good client relationships.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple accounts and concerns.
• Willing to work onsite and follow the assigned schedule.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
