Sales Executive

Responsibility :

• Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth.
• Present our shipping solutions and logistics services to prospects in an engaging manner tailored to their business needs.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Knowledge of the import/export forwarding business and a willingness to quickly learn about our services
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various levels.
• Strong negotiation skills
