What You'll Be Doing

• Handle customer enquiries provided by the company
• Welcome and assist customers visiting our showroom
• Understand customers' flooring requirements, budget and design preferences
• Recommend suitable SPC flooring, vinyl flooring, carpet and other flooring solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers
• Conduct site visits when required
• Follow up professionally and confidently to close sales
• Maintain good relationships with customers before and after their projects
• Keep yourself updated on our products, pricing and promotions
• Work closely with our operations, delivery and installation teams for smooth project handovers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
• Friendly, professional and presentable
• Motivated by sales targets and results
• Responsible with customer follow-ups
• Willing to learn and improve
• Able to work independently while being a good team player
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and digital tools
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage
• Sales experience is preferred, but not compulsory
• Experience in flooring, renovation, interior design, furniture, property, building materials or construction sales is an added advantage
