Sales Executive

About the role

Responsible for managing the market and operations of the branches. Responsible for preparing reports and achieving objectives as outlined below to Sales Manager within the specified time frame.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the branch
• Prepare reports and meet objectives as per the set timelines for Sales Manager
• Assign and ensure Team Leader complete their route activity of service level and forecast fulfilment in market
• Ensure zero cash sale shortage, tray management, maintain high standard of branch 5s
• Take disciplinary action in case of manipulation in billing service levels or any other related to the branch operation
• Propose improvement plan for branch route efficient and effectiveness
• Provide daily reports to Sales Manager to meet KPIs in Operation and Expansion Plan
• Ensure all responsibilities and activities meet required health, safety and environmental laws regulations, obligations and duty of care
• Ensure all responsibilities and activities meet requirement of service quality, product quality and product safety
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company

About you

• Ensure OH&S guidelines are being adhered to across all premises
• Comply with the no-smoking policy in workplace
• Follow strictly on company policy, food safety and quality policy, GMP and Halal guidelines at all times without compromise
