Job Title: Sales Executive Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong communication skills and a good understanding of online scams, cyber fraud, investment scams, and basic share market concepts. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, sales activities, customer handling, and identifying potential fraudulent or suspicious activities related to online transactions and investment/share market activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Handle customer calls, queries, follow-ups, and sales discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Develop a basic understanding of the share market, stock trading, investments, and common investment-related risks.
• Identify and understand common online scams, cyber fraud, phishing, fake investment schemes, fake trading platforms, impersonation, and fraudulent financial activities.
• Identify potential share market and investment scams, including unrealistic return promises, fake brokers/platforms, fraudulent investment advisors, and suspicious payment requests.
• Understand basic cyber-fraud complaints and identify cases that require further investigation or escalation.
• Coordinate with the appropriate internal team regarding suspected fraud, suspicious transactions, or investment-related complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, complaints, and reported fraud cases.
• Verify customer information and follow prescribed company verification and KYC procedures where applicable.
• Escalate suspected fraud or suspicious activities through the appropriate internal process.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer, financial, and company information.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while following company compliance and security guidelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and customer-handling experience.
• Good knowledge of online scams, cyber fraud, phishing, social engineering, and financial fraud.
• Basic to good knowledge of the share market, stock trading, investments, and investment-related scams.
• Ability to identify red flags and suspicious customer activities.
• Basic understanding of digital payments and online financial transactions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and communication tools.

Qualification

• Freshers with strong communication skills and basic knowledge of share market and online scams may also apply.
