Sales Executive

About the Role: BookandLab is a Personal Learning System that combines an AI Mentor with a Human Coach to build real understanding in students — not just content consumption. We're expanding our Sales/Counselor team to speak with parents, demo the platform, and convert trial users into paying subscribers.

Responsibilities: Contact inbound leads within 2 hours (call + WhatsApp) Understand the student's and parent's learning needs (discovery call) Walk parents through a live platform demo and activate the 7-day free trial Follow up with trial users and run the Day-7 report review call Handle objections professionally and close subscriptions Maintain lead data and call notes in the CRM Meet weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets

Requirements: Strong communication skills — comfortable in both Hindi and English Prior sales or telecalling experience preferred (EdTech, insurance, BPO, etc. all welcome) Persuasive, patient, and good at handling parent conversations Basic computer / CRM / WhatsApp proficiency Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
