As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and strengthen our sales operations in the UAE.

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in selling floor pads, floor care products, cleaning consumables, or janitorial supplies.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the professional cleaning industry and preferably an existing network of customers within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell floor pads, polishing pads, stripping pads, buffing pads, cleaning pads, and other professional cleaning consumables.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Visit and develop business with cleaning companies, facility management companies, distributors, hotels, hospitals, malls, and commercial establishments.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their cleaning and floor-care needs.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up on sales orders and payments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, leads, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience in floor pads, floor care products, cleaning consumables, or janitorial supplies.
• Strong experience specifically in floor pad sales will be highly preferred.
• Existing relationships with cleaning companies, FM companies, distributors, hotels, hospitals, and commercial customers will be a strong advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
