Sales Executive

About the role

Sales Officer / Sales Executive responsible for managing and overseeing sales to meet company targets, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while continuously seeking new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales to meet company-defined targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and continuously seek new clients
• Present products and services, provide detailed information, pricing, and sales terms to customers
• Provide consultation and analyse customer needs to propose suitable products/services
• Prepare quotations and continuously monitor quotation status
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers within company-defined scope
• Track the sales process from initial contact through closing and post-sale follow-up
• Coordinate with relevant departments including accounting, procurement, production, and delivery to ensure smooth product delivery
• Record customer data, contact details, and sales status in the CRM system
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Track issues, complaints, and coordinate resolution with customers
• Conduct market research on competitors and customer demand trends to develop sales strategies
• Visit customers and participate in sales promotion activities according to plan
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned
