Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and have strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable project options.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closure of sales.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Experience in selling villas, apartments, or residential projects will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
