Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with prospective customers, understand requirements, and manage walk-in enquiries.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and explain features, amenities, and pricing.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and successful booking conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and work towards individual and team sales targets.
• • Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers.
• • Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and explain key project highlights.
• • Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the Sales team.
• • Maintain timely follow-ups, nurture leads, and support conversion opportunities.
• • Update CRM records accurately and track enquiry and site-visit status.
• • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to meet lead and visit targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proactive, professional, target-oriented, and comfortable using basic CRM tools.
• Graduate in any discipline.
