Job Summary

Shirin Asal Middle East General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, particularly food and confectionery products, with a good understanding of the Dubai market and customer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Dubai.
• Promote and sell food and confectionery products to customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Visit customers regularly and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Experience in food and confectionery products is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai FMCG market.
• Must be well familiar with Dubai roads and locations, especially JLT, Al Quoz, and Al Barsha.
• Good understanding of customer locations and routes within Dubai.
• Malayalam and Hindi language skills are required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• UAE sales experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
