Sales Executive – Plastics Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive area in Oman with experience in plastic raw materials, compounds, masterbatches, and polymers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new customers and expand market opportunities.
• Promote plastic raw materials, compounds, masterbatches, and polymers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the plastics/polymer industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of plastic materials and applications.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business development.
• Graduation ( Plastic industry related education or Experience is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales of plastic raw materials, polymers, compounds, masterbatches and Additives.
• Strong understanding of polymer applications and market dynamics and Plastic Industry Market segmentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: RO300.000 - RO350.000 per hour
