We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Crayford & Abbs North Walsham.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity as we introduce AION to North Walsham, alongside our established Nissan, MG and Subaru franchises.

You’ll be selling across an excellent range of new and used vehicles, giving you plenty of opportunity to find the right car for every customer – whether they’re looking for petrol, hybrid or the latest electric technology.

The role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience from the initial enquiry right through to vehicle handover and beyond.

Your day-to-day role will include:

• Selling new AION, Nissan, MG and Subaru vehicles
• Selling from our wide selection of quality used cars
• Responding to showroom, telephone and online enquiries
• Understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the right vehicle
• Presenting finance, insurance and additional products appropriately
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Following up enquiries and developing your own sales opportunities
• Building long-term relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Working towards individual and dealership sales targets

Who are we looking for?

Previous motor trade sales experience would be an advantage, but attitude, personality and a desire to succeed are just as important to us.

You’ll be someone who is confident talking to people, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing great customer service.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Confident and professional with customers
• Commercially minded and target driven
• Comfortable using digital (inc video), telephone and face-to-face sales channels
• Organised with strong follow-up skills
• A genuine team player
• Keen to learn about new vehicles and technology

A full UK driving licence is required.
