Sales Executive

Job Dimensions:

• Responsible for daytoday sales activities including sales data registry, payment tracking, and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation.
• Responsible for coordinating relevant activities with customers and internally within company regarding AVS sales topics.

Activities:

• Prepare and maintain the tracker for Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation.
• Responsible for follow-up and closure of action points related to AR Reconciliation.
• Maintain the Sales data registry of AVS Sales account and track payments.
• Track Raw-Material Index Impacts on Cost and Pricing.
• Maintain working sheet for Raw-Material Indexation of AVS Customers and submit for approvals.
• Verify customer contracts, process internal approvals, and maintain pricemovement data of AVS customers.
• Assist the Sales Manager in customerrequired formats (quote templates, bid submission templates, payment claim documents, etc.).
• Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of reports and salesrelated presentations.
• Keep track of all historical data for sales and AR monitoring and coordination.
• Work and communicate internally and with Customers on Sales-related topics.

Context and environment:
You will be responsible for follow-up and closure of Accounts Receivables action items and coordination with customer and within the company on other Sales-related topics.

• Education : Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering from reputed Institution with good academic performance.

• Experience : 5 to 6 years Experience in Sales and Customer Accounts handling function.

• Knowledge : Knowledge of Industrial Machine / offroad business. Casting, Molding, Stamping process knowledge is preferable.

• Communication : Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi is preferable.

• Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, good presentation skills, analytical thinking, systematic working style, Proactive and ability to
  work independently as well as part of a team.
