About Us

We are seeking an empathetic, goal-driven Sales Executive to serve as the primary guide for prospective residents and their families at Reuliving at Micasa All Suite Hotel. In this role, you will manage incoming inquiries, host facility tours, and guide families through important care decisions with confidence, clarity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquiry & Lead Management: Promptly respond to incoming call and message inquiries, track details, and maintain an organized lead database.
• Tours & Conversions: Schedule and lead engaging facility tours, highlighting our care services, amenities, and community atmosphere.
• Client Engagement & Follow-Ups: Build trust with prospective clients, answer key questions, and guide families through the admission journey.
• Sales Analytics: Track daily inquiry metrics and analyze conversion trends to optimize lead management and drive occupancy.
• Operational Coordination: Support administrative needs and collaborate with the care team for seamless resident onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hotline management (experience in healthcare, senior care, or hospitality is a plus).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and professional approach to supporting seniors and their families.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
