Position: Floor Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to manage showroom activities efficiently while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise and manage daily showroom operations.

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.

Assist customers with product selection and sales closure.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Coordinate stock availability and replenishment requirements.

Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Support Store Manager/ASM in implementing company policies and procedures.

Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the showroom.

Train and guide staff to improve sales performance and service quality.

Requirements:-

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom operations.

Previous experience as Floor Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Team Leader, or similar role preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and customer handling abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
