SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves identifying and targeting new clients from different industries and backgrounds, dealing with local and international companies, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new clients from different industries and backgrounds
• Approach potential customers and maintain good relationships with them
• Supervise customer orders from receipt through to payment
• Handle cost calculations, prepare quote prices, and negotiate prices with customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reject reports
• Handle government tenders and contracts, supervising projects until completion within given timeframes
• Participate in exhibitions to promote company products and services
• Maintain compliance for ISO and Food Safety standards during audits

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing and Business Development
• Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels with good professionalism
• Good time management to work within schedules
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
