About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for serving customers in our shop, promoting our safety products and hardware, generating sales, and developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the shop.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Promote and sell safety products, PPE, hardware, tools, gloves, safety shoes, helmets, vests, and related products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Develop new customers, contractors, companies, workshops, and wholesale buyers.
• Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries from customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hardware, PPE, safety products, or related industries is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• UAE sales experience is preferred.
• Confident, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
