SALES EXECUTIVE

• Generate Revenue through direct sales of company products
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
• Present and promote DeVelli Group’s real estate projects to prospective clients
• Conduct property tours, site visits, and client meetings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contract terms to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and company offerings
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abuja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
