Our programmes aim to support individuals who have been retrenched/vss/mss by helping them enhance their skills, develop new competencies, and prepare for re-employment or new career opportunities in the evolving job market.

As part of our growth strategy, Tech-Global is expanding its programme outreach team to connect with eligible retrenched workers, introduce suitable training opportunities, and support them throughout the programme registration process.

Job Description

1. Programme Outreach

• Identify and reach out potential participants, particularly retrenched workers
• Promote training programmes
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking, and referrals
• Explain programme details and eligibility to potential participants

2. Participant Engagement & Registration

• Communicate with potential participants and understand their career and training needs
• Recommend suitable programmes based on their interests and background
• Assist participants with the registration and required documentation
• Follow up with participants throughout the registration process

3. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct follow-ups with interested participants
• Convert leads into confirmed programme participants
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and registrations

4. Participant Relationship Management

• Build positive relationships with participants
• Respond to enquiries and provide timely information
• Maintain regular communication with participants before and during the registration process
• Encourage suitable participants to take advantage of available training opportunities

5. Market & Lead Development

• Identify new sources of potential participants
• Explore suitable communities, networks, and platforms to generate leads
• Stay updated on employment and skills development trends affecting retrenched workers
• Suggest new approaches to improve participant outreach and programme registrations
