Sales executive

We are looking for responsible and customer-friendly Sales Staff to join our outlets at Vellayambalam and Balaramapuram.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service
• Handle sales and billing efficiently
• Assist customers in selecting bakery products
• Ensure proper display and availability of products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop
• Check product freshness and stock availability
• Assist with stock handling and daily shop operations
• Coordinate with the Shop In-Charge and other staff
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Support the smooth functioning of the outlet

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, bakery, food outlet, or retail is preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
• Friendly, responsible, and punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
