About the Role

Nin9Labs is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to find potential customers, generate leads, and promote our software development services. The ideal candidate will connect with businesses, understand their requirements, and help convert prospects into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and connect with potential customers who need software development services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Promote Nin9Labs' software development solutions to businesses and individuals.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Salary & Commission

• Compensation: 100% commission-based.
• Commission: Earn 7% of every confirmed order successfully secured.
• No fixed monthly salary.
• Earnings depend on successful order confirmations.

Example: If you secure a confirmed project worth ₹1,00,000, your commission will be ₹7,000, subject to the company's commission policy.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in approaching new customers.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Basic understanding of software development services is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.
