Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Aquaculture industry.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product offerings and efficiently address customer needs.
• Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations and contract negotiations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Aquaculture or any related fields,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development for aquaculture and seafood industry.
• Required skills: Problem-solving, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and with team members.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Required languages: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, with proven oral, written and presentation skills.
