Sales Executive - Nissan Al Ain

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets while building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. The role ensures exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a personalized sales experience, promoting Nissan products and services, and adhering to the highest standards of professionalism throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Follow the Nissan retail sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored vehicle recommendations
• Promote Finance & Insurance products and related services
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales documentation
• Maintain showroom visual identity (VI) standards in accordance with Nissan guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support showroom standards and promotional activities

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work in Al Ain, UAE
