Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
• Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend tailored product solutions
• Deliver engaging sales presentations that clearly communicate product value
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Track and analyse sales performance, and prepare reports for management
• Convert leads into paying customers by addressing objections and closing sales

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• At least one year of experience in sales or a related field
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage, especially when liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
