Sales Executive

About the role

Join Nutri Industrial Sdn Bhd as a Sales Executive at our Tanjung Langsat, Johor facility. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and coordinating orders to ensure smooth delivery of our fertilizer and plant nutrition products.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports when required
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Provide support for customer visits, product presentations, and market development

What we're looking for

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or fertilizer-related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships and maintain customer accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers or suppliers)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
