Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Reach out to potential clients and promote the agency’s digital marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close deals.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website development, and content marketing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
