Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local mechanics, garages, and workshops on a daily basis
• Build strong relationships with mechanics and influencers in the market
• Promote usage of genuine Tata Motors spare parts
• Conduct mechanic meets, training, and awareness programs
• Generate demand and ensure parts lifting through retailers/dealers
• Track competitor parts usage and provide market feedback
• Support retailers in increasing counter sales through mechanic engagement
• Ensure visibility of spare parts branding at workshops
• Maintain daily visit reports and activity tracking

Key Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts (LCV preferred)
• Field sales and convincing ability
• Good communication in local language
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass / ITI / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in spare parts / field sales / mechanic handling
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
