Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, incoming leads, walk-ins, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to prospective customers.
• Maintain and update customer database, lead tracking reports, and CRM records regularly.
• Ensure timely customer follow-up for collections, documentation, and booking formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with prior experience in Hyderabad & Bangalore real estate market will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work from project site locations as required.
• Any Graduate. BBA or MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• The initial work location for this role will be at the companys project site in Kurnool for an approximate period of up to one year.
• Upon commencement of the companys Hyderabad projects, the work location will be permanently shifted to Hyderabad.
• Accommodation and food facilities will be provided by the company during the Kurnool project tenure.
