Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition and be confident in approaching potential clients, presenting products, generating leads, and closing deals.

This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into customers.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, retail sales, FMCG, telecom, printing, signage, or related industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients across Karachi.
• Generate new leads and explore sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate products to prospective customers.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
• Prepare quotations according to customer needs and company pricing.
• Negotiate with clients and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with potential customers to close pending deals.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and business development goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.

Target Customers

The role involves selling to a variety of businesses, including:

• Restaurants and cafés
• Salons and pharmacies
• Telecom franchises
• Jewellery and apparel stores
• Showrooms and retail outlets
• Clinics and healthcare businesses
• Event management agencies
• Other commercial establishments

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or trade sales will be preferred.
• Candidates from industries such as signage, printing, retail fixtures, POS materials, packaging, office supplies, telecom, and FMCG are encouraged to apply.
• Good Urdu communication skills and working English proficiency.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to generate leads, approach new clients, and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable dealing with business clients.
• Familiarity with Karachi's commercial market will be an advantage.
