Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients/families, present and explain memorial park services, packages, prices in a respectful and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries, follow-up with leads, arrange meetings or visits, and close sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients — ensuring they have a good understanding of services and feel supported.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Work with Marketing and Business Development to coordinate leads and promotional offers.
• Provide excellent customer service; follow-through on post-sale administrative tasks, documentation, and customer support.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy (given the sensitive nature of memorial services).
• Good sales persuasion and negotiation skills, but also tact, respect and sensitivity.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh candidates with strong attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
