Sales Executive

Job Functions:

• Implement sales strategies under the direction of  Sales and Marketing Manager in line with the company’s sales target and long term business goals.
• Responsible for sales volume to a designated group of customers, including managing the accounts receivables in line with the company’s credit policy.
• Responsible for introduction of QSCSS feed ingredients concept ( Quality, Safety, Consistency, Service and Sustainability) to ensure both company and customer needs are met.
• Work in close liaison with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure accurate pricing.
• Feed back market/customers’ needs to company to assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to promote company’s new and existing products. Provide necessary assistance in any demo trial carry out in his/her territory area.
• Work closely with technical/ technical marketing team to provide solution and  formulation to customers/prospect in order to close deal.
• Maintain good relationship so as to create long term business partnership with customers
• Perform other tasks asigned by superior in aligned with company's goals and objective.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / or any discipline with equivalent experience.
• Preference with 2- 3 years of experience in poultry feed sales feeds/ animal health products .
• High degree of independence, personal initiative and motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.
• Based in Penang and need to travel around Northern region
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients.
