Sales Executive

Requirements:

· At least SPM but preferably Diploma or Degree holder in Business/Marketing

· Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply also.

· Possess working experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Optical industry

· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Able to work under pressure in meeting sales targets.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Proficient in English- both verbal and written and ability to communicate in Mandarin and other Dialects.

· Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

· Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

· Provide effective territory sales coverage to retailers in West Malaysia.

· Achieve and exceed sales revenue/collection budgets.

· Generate sales growth with the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.

· Achieve territory coverage through effective planning of sales calls and call frequencies.

· Identify new sales opportunities in both existing and new customers.

· Build strong relationship with Key Customers to drive long-term growth.

· Achieve strong implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
