Sales Executive 外勤銷售代表（五金/油漆行業）

About the role

Responsible for customer visits and relationship maintenance in assigned areas (hardware stores, paint shops and related trades), promoting products and new items, taking orders and following up on sales, assisting customers with account reconciliation and collections, developing new customers in the area, understanding market dynamics and reporting to the company, using and maintaining the company CRM properly, recording customers, visits and follow-ups, and handling daily customer communications using company-provided tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits and maintain relationships in assigned areas (hardware stores, paint shops and related trades)
• Promote products and new items, take orders and follow up on sales
• Assist customers with account reconciliation and collections, and return funds to the company on time
• Develop new customers in the area
• Understand market dynamics and report to the company
• Use and maintain the company CRM properly, record customers, visits and follow-ups
• Handle daily customer communications using company-provided tools
• Report to management

About you

• Secondary education or above
• Two or more years of field sales or sales experience in hardware, paint, building materials or related industries preferred
• Familiar with various districts in Hong Kong, with relevant customer networks preferred
• Fluent Cantonese; basic Mandarin preferred
• Able to use WhatsApp and tablet computers
• Honest and reliable, able to handle customer funds properly
• Valid Hong Kong driving licence preferred
• Diligent and proactive, able to work independently
