Sales Executive

We are looking for a Lighting Sales Engineer who will act as a technical consultant and commercial driver, managing the sales cycle from project specification to final order closure. This role is responsible for building relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and contractors while utilizing design software to deliver optimized, energy-efficient lighting solutions.

1. Technical Design & Specification

• Create Lighting Layouts: Design comprehensive 2D and 3D lighting concepts using DIALux evo or AGi32.
• Execute Lux Calculations: Ensure all designs comply with international lighting standards (e.g., CIBSE) and local UAE regulations.
• Value Engineering: Review project layouts and competitor specifications to offer high-performing, cost-effective alternative product selections.
• Control Systems Integration: Specify and consult on smart lighting controls, including DALI, 0-10V, and KNX smart integrations.

2. Commercial & Business Development

• Pipeline Management: Identify, track, and secure new commercial, residential, and outdoor lighting projects across the UAE.
• B2B Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, interior design firms, developers, and contractors.
• BOQ & Estimation: Read architectural blueprints, interpret Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Technical Presentations: Conduct product presentations, host mock-ups, and defend technical submittals to secure brand inclusion in official tender documents.

3. On-Site Support & Coordination

• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to verify dimensions, address structural constraints, and troubleshoot issues.
• Commissioning Support: Assist engineering teams during the final testing, commissioning, and programming of smart lighting systems.
• Logistics Alignment: Collaborate with internal procurement and factory teams to ensure on-time delivery in sync with construction schedules.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
