Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer documentation.
• Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of PI, PO, and DO documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
