Sales Executive

About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships within the steel manufacturing industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction whilst contributing to the company's strategic sales objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying, prospecting and qualifying potential clients within the steel manufacturing and related industries
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are maintained
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and threats
• Providing regular feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions and suggested improvements
• Attending industry events, trade shows and networking meetings to promote the company's products and services

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or relationship management, preferably within the manufacturing, steel or industrial sector
• Strong understanding of steel products, manufacturing processes and industry specifications (or willingness to develop this knowledge)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
• Proficiency in using d Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Sales or a related field
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby regions as required
• Fluency in English and Filipino; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
