Job Description
Core Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive selling ability and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of product specifications (automobiles, two-wheelers, or relevant industry).
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy for reporting and documentation.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Diploma or Graduation in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Prior experience in sales (automotive, retail, or FMCG) is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
