Sales executive

Mandatory: Previous experience in building materials retail or trading.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in building materials retail. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting leads into sales through effective follow-up and telephone communication, and visiting customer sites when required to understand their requirements and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and leads from various channels.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone to understand their requirements and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries to improve conversion rates.
• Recommend suitable building materials based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Visit customer sites when required to assess requirements and develop sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within approved limits, and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
