Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Technical Sales.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• BMS / Building Management Systems
• Building Automation / Smart Buildings
• IoT / IIoT / Remote Monitoring
• Energy Management / Energy Monitoring
• Industrial Automation
• SCADA / PLC / HMI
• HVAC / Building Controls
• Digital Manufacturing / Industrial Digitalization
• Experience selling technology-driven solutions rather than only products will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for BMS, IoT/IIoT, Industrial Automation and Smart Building solutions.
• Generate leads through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events and existing customer relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target industries and accounts.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification and requirement understanding through proposal, negotiation and order closure.
• Identify customer pain points and understand their technical, operational and business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate commercials, terms and conditions and support the customer through the complete decision-making process.
• Identify opportunities for BMS, Building Automation, Energy Management, IoT/IIoT, SCADA, PLC, HVAC and remote monitoring solutions.
• Develop new accounts as well as grow business with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
