Sales Executive

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts for aluminium sheet and coil products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including manufacturers, metal fabricators, metal stamping companies, OEMs and SMEs.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable aluminium products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales division.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the relevant departments on sales collection.
• Work closely with Customer Support, Production, Warehouse and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain updated customer information.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with B2B, manufacturing, industrial product or metal-related sales experience have an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in sales and business development.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and target-driven, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Honest and ethical when dealing with customers and business partners.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer visits.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
