Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Primary Responsibility is to sell Villas, Apartments & Plots in Bangalore.
• Generate Leads: Use various channels - cold calling, networking events, and social media to prospect and generate leads.
• Coordinate Site visits: Schedule and conduct site visits & Provide clients with relevant information and guidance throughout the selling process.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with housing laws, regulations and company policies when conducting property deals.
• Coordination Ensure seamless collaboration with the CRM team to support on post sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property valuation
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques for property promotion
