Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Biswanath Chariali, Assam. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably in the cement, paints, or TMT industry, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and retailer network.
• Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate sales.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: HS Pass or Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Cement, Paints, or TMT industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
• Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
