Job Description

Espada Group is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Business Center team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our business center services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients for business center services.
• Promote office spaces, flexi-desks, virtual offices, and other business setup-related services.
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
• Maintain sales reports and update the client database.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a business center, real estate, or business setup company.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
• A proactive, confident, and results-oriented approach.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
