Sales Executive

Job Overview

Responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing‑customer account management, focusing on air freight, ocean freight, logistics and supply‑chain solutions. Duties include prospecting potential clients, telesales, negotiation and delivery of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and develop new clients while managing existing accounts to maximise profitability.
• Sales Strategy: Formulate sales plans to achieve company revenue and volume targets.
• Negotiation & Quotation: Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts; negotiate spot / contract rates with customers.
• Relationship Management: Build long‑term cooperative relationships with clients and overseas agents.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3‑8 years of working experience in international freight forwarding, logistics sales or business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid in‑depth understanding of air freight, ocean freight, logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Education: Diploma or above.
