What they need
- Pendidikan minimal lulusan Sarjana (S1) jurusan Hubungan Internasional, Sastra/Bahasa Asing, Manajemen Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait lainnya
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang penjualan ekspor (Export Sales), diutamakan yang pernah memegang komoditas tekstil, fashion, kerajinan tangan, atau produk batik
- Wajib fasih berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Pemahaman regulasi dagang, menguasai prosedur ekspor, regulasi kepabeanan, sistem pembayaran internasional, serta logistik pengiriman internasional.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lintas budaya (cross-cultural communication), keterampilan negosiasi yang persuasif, serta jiwa kepemimpinan (leadership) yang kuat untuk mengarahkan tim lapangan.
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab dan fokus pada target.
