Sales Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Effective key accounts management and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Driving new business growth, identifying market opportunities and monitoring competitors’ activity.
• Ability to conduct company presentations with technical know-how on product application.
• Synchronize and collaborate with technical and operations teams to provide an effective solution to customers.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through effective communication and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Executing sales strategies to win new projects and increase market share from assigned key accounts.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the service semiconductor backend or electronic component sectors.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license, able to travel outstation frequently, with occasional overseas travelling.
• Proficiency in English, other languages and dialects will be an added advantage.
• Highly independent, self-starter and able to perform well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and positive working attitude.
• Experience in plastic forming products serving the backend semiconductor packaging industry will be an added advantage.
