Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented candidate to drive business growth and expand our customer base through outbound telesales and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to existing customers on trade-ins and upgrading and convert them into sales
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, events and social media
• Follow up with potential customers and leads
• Handle customers' enquiries and objections professionally
• Attend to walk-in customers at Showroom
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
• Use CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions and progress
• Organize and participate in roadshows and exhibitions to promote products and engage potential customers
• Achieve monthly and yearly set sales quotas
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and internal controls for operational integrity

About you

• Post Secondary / Diploma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in telemarketing/sales/customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport over the phone and closing sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive drive to close sales
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
