Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Field Visits: Visit commercial sites, offices, shops, architects, interior designers, and contractors to pitch cassette AC solutions.
• Technical Guidance: Assess room dimensions, false ceiling clearances, airflow coverage, and tonnage requirements.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare cost estimates, share technical spec sheets, and outline available EMI or corporate financing options.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Project Coordination: Work with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery, fitting, and after-sales service.
• CRM & Record Maintenance: Log daily leads, follow-up schedules, and customer status updates in the company system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 0 to 15 years of sales experience in HVAC, air conditioning (cassette, VRV/VRF), or consumer durables.
• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Marketing, or a related field (technical background is a plus).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of cooling capacity (tons), power consumption, and ceiling-cassette layouts.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing capabilities.

Mobility: A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler or vehicle for local field travel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
