* Have 5 - 7 years of relevant sales experience
* Hold a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Know how to generate leads, build pipelines & close deals
* Have strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
* Are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
* Understand market trends & competitor movements
* Are genuinely curious about technology and automation
